- Resin Character: Miniature bubbles or micro-refractions inside hand-poured clear resin casting are part of the artisanal preservation process, representing the high viscosity and purity of the organic resins we employ.
- Aging & Care: Clear resin and organic petals naturally evolve over time. To ensure maximum longevity, customers must adhere to our Jewelry Care Guide (avoid direct chemical sprays, prolonged harsh UV exposure, and heavy humidity).
2. Custom Varmala Preservation Policies
Varmala preservation bookings represent highly specialized commissions and are bound by strict timeline structures:
- Flower Logistics: Customers are responsible for shipping or delivering wedding varmalas to our New Delhi studio within 3–4 days post-wedding to prevent rotting or mold. We are not liable for flowers that decay during transit due to shipping carrier delays.
- No Cancellations: Once flowers are registered and preservation steps (dehydration, resin pouring, wood setting) begin, Varmala commissions **cannot be cancelled or returned**.
- Timeline Estimates: Because resin drying, multi-layered casting, and wood curing take time, Varmala preservation delivery requires approximately 6–8 weeks from the date of flower receipt.
3. Payment and Billing Security
We facilitate secure retail order payments through the Razorpay Checkout SDK. By confirming billing, you authorize the gateway to process the indicated price amount plus shipping costs. Standard billing orders are processed immediately. Verification checks are secured with cryptographic signatures. Local database storage retains transaction receipts under secure parameters.
4. Return & Refund Conditions
Due to the unique, custom-made nature of our botanical jewelry and homeware:
- Standard catalog jewelry pieces are eligible for returns or exchanges within 7 days of delivery only if they are received in a damaged state. Clear unboxing video proof is required for verification.
- Customized items, varmala resin blocks, bedside tables, and commissioned flower art are absolutely **non-refundable and non-returnable** once production has commenced.
